Welcome to CIFT Counseling. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the landing page operated by Center for Individual and Family Therapy, doing business as CIFT Counseling, located at https://start.cifttherapy.com, and any related services, communications, scheduling tools, forms, and platforms operated by CIFT Counseling.

Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions form a binding agreement between you and Center for Individual and Family Therapy, doing business as CIFT Counseling, located at 1633 E 4th St., Ste 120, Santa Ana, CA 92701.

Description of Services

CIFT Counseling provides therapy services for individuals, couples, and families in person in Orange County and the South Bay, and via telehealth for individuals located in California. Services may include appointment scheduling, intake coordination, general service communications, and related customer support.

CIFT Counseling uses GoHighLevel as a platform to manage customer relationship data, form submissions, appointment workflows, automation, email communications, phone communications, and SMS communications. As part of using our services, you may receive communications related to your inquiry, appointment, or service experience through these systems.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use this landing page, submit your information, or opt in to receive SMS communications through this landing page. By using this landing page and submitting your information, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting forms, scheduling appointments, or communicating with CIFT Counseling.

You agree to use this landing page and our services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not violate any applicable law, regulation, or the rights of others.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the contact information you provide so we can communicate with you appropriately regarding your inquiry or appointment.

Acceptable Use

Payments & Billing

If fees apply for services provided by CIFT Counseling, payment terms will be communicated separately in connection with those services, appointments, or client agreements. You agree to pay any applicable charges in accordance with the terms presented to you at the time of booking or service.

Failure to make required payments may affect appointment scheduling or continued access to services, subject to applicable law and any separate agreements.

SMS Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from CIFT Counseling related to your appointments and service communications. Messages users can expect to receive include confirming their appointment and appointment reminders.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to 714-558-9266. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.

You will receive 1 to 2 messages on the first day, and then appointment reminders, usually 1 to 2 messages on the day of the appointment. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

SMS consent is not a condition of purchase or receipt of services. CIFT Counseling only sends SMS messages to users who have provided the required consent.

Communications Consent

By submitting a form, requesting information, booking an appointment, or otherwise providing your contact information through our landing page, you consent to receive communications from CIFT Counseling related to your inquiry, appointment, or services, which may include email, phone calls, voicemail, and SMS where appropriate and where consent has been provided.

SMS communications are only sent after the required consent has been obtained. Your use of this landing page does not automatically enroll you in SMS messages unless you provide the required opt-in.

Intellectual Property

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CIFT Counseling’s total liability for any claim arising from or related to this landing page or these Terms and Conditions will not exceed the amount, if any, paid by you directly to CIFT Counseling for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
